Twin-unit Foaming Bath
The Foaming Test Apparatus, designed to meet ASTM D892, D6082, IP 146, and ISO 6247 standards, features a robust frame with either one or two Pyrex jars and a control box.
The AD0892-500 and AD0892-505 models are equipped with variable area flowmeters. The AD0892-520 and AD0892-540 twin-unit models, featuring an 8.4″ touch-screen interface, are ideal for continuous use and high-temperature testing. These models also include electronic mass flow controllers.
The apparatus has stainless steel heaters, air circulation coils, and precise temperature control. Safety features include a transparent shield and overheating protection. Additionally, the optional Diffuser Calibration Apparatus suitable for checking cylindrical (Mott) and spherical (Norton) diffusers for maximum pore diameter and permeability.
