TV4000AKV EASY Semi-Automated Kinematic Viscosity Tester
The Tamson TV4000AKV EASY is an automated kinematic viscometer system designed for precise, reproducible measurements of Newtonian fluids, including oils, fuels, lubricants, and polymer solutions. Compliant with ASTM D445, IP 71, and ISO 3104, it uses an Ubbelohde viscometer with infrared detection to measure flow time.
The system features a user-friendly touch screen, extremely stable temperature control (±0.01°C) via the TV4000MKII bath, and supports up to eight custom test configurations. Data from up to 254 results can be stored, printed, or exported.
Optional dual channels, semi-automated cleaning, and modular construction enhance flexibility and maintenance. The TV4000AKV EASY eliminates operator variability, allows sequential testing, and provides an accurate, cost-effective solution for laboratory viscosity analysis.
