TE-BBR SD Thermoelectric Bending Beam Rheometer
The TE-BBR SD is a high-precision, thermoelectrically-cooled bending beam rheometer engineered for evaluating the flexural creep of asphalt binders. Operating from ambient to –40 °C with exceptional ±0.03 °C stability, it ensures full compliance with ASTM D6648, AASHTO T 313, and SHRP standards.
With precise temperature control, resolution down to 0.01°C, and the ability to measure beam deflection to 0.155 µm, the TE-BBR SD ensures consistent and repeatable results. The unit features pneumatic pressure regulators, automated Windows®-based software, and factory calibration from an ISO 9001 laboratory, providing reliable performance and seamless data transfer. Its compact design, with TE-cooled with solid-state Peltier elements. Requires no pressurized coolants (a separate air-water heat exchanger is included) and is environmentally friendly, making it ideal for asphalt testing labs worldwide.
