The RTFO Touch Rolling Thin Film Oven combines decades of experience in process heating and asphalt binder testing, delivering a user-friendly, efficient solution for short-term asphalt binder aging. Compliant with ASTM D2872, AASHTO T240, EN 12607, Superpave, and California Test Method 346 standards, it features a double-walled stainless steel interior reaching up to 205°C and a durable powder-coated exterior. The intuitive touchscreen controls programmable airflow, temperature, and aging duration, while NIST-traceable sensors ensure accurate measurements. Additional features include rapid heat recovery, remote monitoring, data acquisition, and multi-language support. The RTFO Touch accommodates eight high-temperature glass bottles, offers easy maintenance with sealed bearings and removable trays, and provides reliable, repeatable results for asphalt binder testing in laboratories worldwide.
