Our mission
The mission of Zematra B.V. is to be recognized in the world as the preferred supplier for condition monitoring and analytical test equipment for evaluating the physical properties and performance characteristics of products from the (petro)chemical, food, environmental, and paint industry.
Who we supply
Our products are used in different R&D centers, QC laboratories, contract laboratories, university laboratories, and by maintenance departments controlling proper machinery operation.
Zematra through the years
1983
Zematra was founded in 1983 by Chris Zegers. He started the production of test equipment for the marine and land industry.
1984
Zematra launches a full line of (petro)chemical test equipment.
1991
Europe outside Benelux was conquered for the stationary laboratory equipment.
1992
Zematra moved to larger premises, the staff grew to a total of 7 people.
1996
Dhr. Bart Zegers took over the company from his father.
2002
Zematra expanded with the new sister company, Imotron Instruments B.V.
2008
In March 2009 Zematra and Imotron moved to the new building in Halsteren. The staff grew to 20 persons.
2009
Zematra started a collaboration with the company Labplant in the UK. The partnership was named Labplant-Zematra.
2018
The collaboration with Labplant ended. Zematra UK has been established in Hull.
CURRENT
Zematra is a major player within Europe for the supply of (petro)chemical laboratory test equipment and a global player for its own line of laboratory test equipment and condition monitoring instrumentation.
