The Zematra 5-Position Ashing Rack is designed for precise determination of ash content in petroleum-based products such as distillates, residual fuel oils, crude oil, lubricating oils, waxes, and other related substances. Ash-forming constituents are typically considered undesirable impurities or contaminants.
This robust rack accommodates five crucibles and includes:
- 5 burners for individual sample heating
- 5 ceramic triangles for stable crucible support
- Integrated gas beam ensures safe and efficient distribution to all five positions.
Optional Accessories:
- Muffle furnace
- Platinum crucibles
- Analytical balance
Specifications:
- Applicable for products with ash content ranging from 0.001% to 0.180% (m/m)
- Not suitable for products containing ash-forming additives
- Sample volume: 50 to 150 ml
- 5 test stations for parallel analysis
