Grease worker
The Electrically Operated Grease Working Machine, compliant with ASTM D 217, IP 50, and ISO 2137 standards, measures the consistency and shear stability of lubricating greases after prolonged working. Featuring a geared motor for 60 strokes per minute, it has an aluminum base with clamps to secure the grease workers.
The programmable counter, displayed on a six-digit screen, allows for presetting up to 100,000 strokes. Available in single-unit and dual-unit versions, the machine includes one or two crank flanges and grease workers, with corresponding worker plates. It operates on 220V – 50/60Hz with a 600W power consumption. Dimensions are 450 x 450 x 350 mm, weighing approximately 30 kg, and it is CE marked.
