ERASPEC OIL is a high‑performance FTIR lubricant analyzer designed for rapid, on‑site oil condition monitoring in full compliance with ASTM, DIN, and JOAP methods. Its patented interferometer and built‑in pump enable fully automatic measurement of contaminants, degradation products, additives, and calculated properties like TAN and TBN within seconds.
Using advanced FTIR spectroscopy and a unique triple‑cell design, it detects low levels of water, additives, fuel dilution, soot, and oxidation. Users can choose “Direct Trending” or “Spectral Subtraction” for precise in‑service oil evaluation. eraspec oil supports expandable chemometric libraries, integrated trending graphs, and automatic reference measurements. An optional 10‑position autosampler boosts throughput for high‑volume workflows.
